We offer free shipping on all magazine subscription orders. For magazines, clothing and accessories shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Australia Standard Shipping: 2 - 5 business days
Australia Express Shipping: 1 - 3 business days
New Zealand Standard Shipping: 4 - 14 business days
International Standard Shipping: 10 - 23 business days

Subscriptions
All of our magazines are sent directly from the printers to ensure they reach subscribers as quickly as possible. This means that your first issue will be the next issue to be printed after you subscribe. The cut off for each issue is three weeks before it hits newsstands.
Once sent out the magazine will usually reach Australian subscribers at the same time (or before) it hits newsstands. Occasionally there are delays so please allow an extra 10 days from the on sale date before you get in contact regarding a missing issue.
International subscriptions can take 2-8 weeks from the on sale date to arrive. We know it can feel like a long wait but please be patient. We promise we’re worth it.

Free Subscription Gift
Your subscription gift will arrive separately to your first issue of the magazine.
If it is a voucher it will arrive to your email inbox within a month of your order. If you haven't received it by then please check your junk folder.
If it is a physical product then it will arrive to your door within a month of your order.
Processing Time
Orders placed via Express and Standard shipping will be dispatched within two business days. During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order.
Possible Delays
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, however please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email or from your online RUSSH account. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly at megan@russh.com.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team straight away at megan@russh.com. Please note we cannot cancel subscription orders once your free gift has been sent out.
