What is the release schedule for upcoming issues?

Our upcoming publication dates are:

Issue 115: March 9th, 2026
Issue 116: May 17th, 2026
HOME 04: July 27th, 2026
Beauty Annual 03: August 31st, 2026
Issue 117: September 14th, 2026
Issue 118: November 16th, 2026

When can I expect to receive the first issue of my magazine subscription?

All of our subscription magazines are sent directly from the printers to ensure they reach subscribers as quickly as possible. This means that your first issue will be the next issue to be printed after you subscribe. The cut off for each issue is three weeks before it hits newsstands.

Once sent out, the magazine will usually reach Australian subscribers at the same time (or before) it hits newsstands. Occasionally there are delays, so please allow an extra 10 days from the on sale date before you get in contact regarding a missing issue.

International subscriptions can take 2-8 weeks from the on sale date to arrive. We know it can feel like a long wait but please be patient. We promise we’re worth it.

When will my free subscription gift arrive?

Your subscription gift will arrive separately to your first issue of the magazine.

If it is a voucher it will arrive to your email inbox within a month of your order. If you haven't received it by then please check your junk folder. 

If it is a physical product then it will arrive to your door within a month of your order. 

How many issues a year does RUSSH print?

We currently have 4 issues RUSSH hitting newsstands a year, plus annual editions of RUSSH Beauty and RUSSH Home issue. In the meantime you can get your daily dose of RUSSH at our online platform.

How do I update my shipping or contact information?

The easiest way to update your shipping information is to email our team at subscriptions@russh.com. Just make sure you use the same email address that you used to purchase your subscription.

Please note that we send subscription copies of RUSSH out three weeks before they hit newsstands, so if you update your address within this three week period that issue will still arrive to your previous shipping address.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

Standard orders are processed immediately, and we are unable to accept cancellations or change-of-mind returns. Please choose carefully when purchasing.

Exceptions for EU Customers:
If you are located in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date your item is delivered (or your subscription order date). You can easily request a cancellation prior to fulfillment or initiate a 14-day return by logging into your Customer Account on our store or via your Order Confirmation page, where a self-serve option is provided. Please note that EU customers are responsible for the direct return shipping costs.
